I am facing issue with MSPM0G3519 evaluation board as I am not able to download any .elf file after downloading can_app_m0plus_release.xem0plus, which is provided as part of MCAL package.

I am getting following error when I am trying to download other elf files from Trace32.

What could be the reason? How I can resolve this issue?

Hi,

Usually, you only need to program the MCU with can_app_m0plus_release.xem0plus for test functions. What is this .elf file? And what is Trace32? Is it an IDE?

Hello Cash,

Yes, I am just programming the MCU with can_app_m0plus_release.xem0plus, but if I try to reprogram again its showing below error.

"FLASH algorithm did not execute completely"

Note : *.elf is nothing but (Executable and Linkable Format). This is what *.xem0plus file. Also, Trace32 is debugging and trace tools developed by Lauterbach.

Hi,

Okay, for the reprogram issue. You can try run a factory reset on the MCU and then try program the MCU again.
