I am evaluating the MSPM0 ADC interface to implement voltage and ccurrent dection funcationality. Could you has a reference curcuit.

Typically you can use resistance voltage division to get a sample voltage from 14V to max 3.3V.

For current, use high-precision resistors to convert current(3A) into voltage(max 3.3V).

Then you can use ADC to sample the signal.

In the telemetry system I am familiar with we used chips like the INA181 to perform high side current sensing and translation down to levels an MCU can handle.
