MSPM0C1104: How to give my local file path in CCS

CCS_WORKSPACE_DIR variable to point to your workspace folder.

So you can do something like

${CCS_WORKSPACE_DIR}\gpio_toggle_output_LP_MSPM0C1104_nortos_ticlang

There is also PROJECT_ROOT, which points to the current project.
