Hello,
Thanks for reaching out! We currently don't have an optimized cryptography library, but we have some use of SHA256 in the boot image manager, and some AESADV in the DriverLib examples.
Could you help me understand what features you require in an optimized cryptography library?

Hello Matthew, thank you for the reply,
i'm looking into ChaCha20 and ECC ciphers. since the MCU in question has h/w AES only - im looking for s/w realizations preferably optimized by utilization of h/w features
Hi,
Thanks for the details!
We are planning to release a cryptography library for this device in the second half of 2025, so I have communicated these requests to our software team.
However, we do not have implementation examples of these features at this time.

Hi Mykhaylo!
I have a few more questions to help build my understanding of your needs!
1) Since MSPM0G3519 doesn't have hardware accelerators for ECC or ChaCha20, these algorithms would be implemented in software. Could you please elaborate on what kind of latencies or throughput you need?
2) Do you need digital signatures or key exchange for ECC?
3) What curves do you need for ECC?
4) What curves do you need for ChaCha20?
-Matthew
Hey Matthew,
i'm at the feasibility stage now and so far didn't got any concrete numbers. the only thing i have is the desire of the customer to utilize ChaCha20 and ECC for both signatures and key exchange. They've managed to narrow down ECC's curves to Curve25519/Ed25519, NIST over prime groups and Brainpool over prime groups but not exact one. with Chacha20 it is more concrete - /20 - the variant selected.
Hi Mykhaylo!
Thank you for the information! Let me get back to you with more details about how we can help next week!

Hi Mykhaylo!
My apologies! Looks like this was accidently marked as resolved and got lost!
After discussing with our team --> I think the best thing to do would be to contact your TI sales representative, so we can connect you with some of our security experts who can help.
