MSPM0C1104: Can I pay someone to do a basic BUTTON LED to SHUTDOWN SLEEP / WAKE example?

So I have the MSPM0C1104 Launchpad and I'd gladly pay to get some help.

The project would use the built in button (PA16) and LED (PA22) on the launchpad MSPM0C1104.

I want the launchpad button to toggle the LED on and off.

i'd like to go into SHUTDOWN when the LED turns off: DL_SYSCTL_setPowerPolicySHUTDOWN();

I'd also like to go into SHUTDOWN/LED OFF 10 minutes after turned on.

Basically i'd like a ZIP file i can open and hit flash.
