TMS570LC4357-SEP: Program the microcontroller if the PCB does not have access to the DAP port

I have desingned a PCB for the TMS570LC4357-SEP but by a mistake I haven´t access to the DAP port (JTAG) of the microcontroller. Now I have a doubt how to program it.

I have access to the port SCI1 (Pins A7 and B7). Is there any way to program the flash through this port? What is the procedure to do this? Is it neccesary to install a previous bootloader? Can you tell me if can I use a programer before soldering the chip on the PCB?
