Hi ,
Kindly someone suggest the GPMC interface with AM2634-Q1 controller with suitable memory device of size 4MB and 8-bit data width.
Should we use asynchronous or synchronous memory device also 8 bit or 16-bit is better..?
In the TMDSHSECDOCK-AM263 User's Guide, its given with 64Mb PSRAM, is it better to go with same part or any suggestions..?
