TMS570LS20216: Alternative for the Expired certificate for Assessment of the product.

As I am working on a SIL-2 Product, we are using the "TMS570LS20216" controller from long back. It came to my notice that the certificate we previously used provided by Exida has been outdated.
I need an alternative or solution to this as I am currently in my assessment phase and need a valid certificate.

So, does this mean we can use this certificate as a reference? Is there any written document, release note, or other material that specifies whether the certificate for the Microcontroller TMSS570LS31X/21X can be used in place of the old Exila certificate for the TMSS570LS20X/10X family of microcontrollers? Specifically, we use the "TMS570LS20216" controller.
