Hi,

I have the LP-AM263Px LaunchPad and I would like to use it to drive a BLDC motor. I have already downloaded the AM263Px Motor Control SDK, but I couldn't find any example code in this SDK specifically for this kit.

Is there any example code available for using LP-AM263Px to control a BLDC motor?

Later, I found an example under the universal_motorcontrol directory in the AM263x Motor Control SDK. If there is no example for AM263Px, I’m considering porting this project for the LP-AM263Px.

Is this universal_motorcontrol example suitable for controlling a BLDC motor?

Burak,

TIDM-02018 can be used for LP-AM263. You will need to port this project to AM263Px for use with the LP-AM263P.

In the AM263x Motor Control SDK, there is a project named universal_motorcontrol under the examples directory. Is this project suitable for controlling a BLDC motor? Is it designed only for PMSM motors? I searched the code for the keyword "BLDC" but couldn't find much about it. However, I noticed that in the user_common.h file, some BLDC motors are also listed under the PMSM motor section.
