We are using 4 Stellaris EKS-LM4F232 Evavuation Kits as part of a university research project testing the voltage variability of the boards along different running - sleep modes. After taking measurements for 3days without problems the 4th day 2 of the boards stopped working after some measurements were taken. When we hit the "debug active project button" when the ccs try to connect with the M4 we take an error message saying : "Error connecting to the target" and "Frequency is out of range". The strange thing is that we didn't change anything since the last measurement that worked but now these two boards keep posting this message during debug and after that the ccs crases...
Could you give me any ideas on how i could fix this issue?
