AM2434: Ether PHY Build Error for single_chip_servo

Hi Team,

My customer is trying to build the single_chip_servo example by importing from C:\ti\motor_control_sdk_am243x_09_02_00_11\mcu_plus_sdk, and adding etherCAT features to the project. However, when they build, they are getting the following error.

So therefore, they added MOTOR_CONTROL_SDK instead, but it would not build. 

They also added path to the include search path.

How can they resolve build error?

    • Can you make sure that the correct version of Industrial Communications SDK (in this case, version 09.02.00.15) is picked in CCS. This can be done by navigating to Window > Preferences > Code Composer Studio > Products > Discovered Products:

    I suspect the version mismatch in this case even though the correct include path is configured and file is present in the path.
