Good morning,

We had already requested assistance by email attachment without having received any feedback.

We require assistance for a fault detected on the following board: 

  • Fault detail: the 3.3 and 1.2 volt LEDs do not light up on the board:
    • PN: TMDX570LC43HDK
    • SN: 1713330ZDR 
  • The REG1117 voltage regulator experiences significant overheating:
    • PN:  TMDX570LC43HDK
    • SN: 1713322ZDR

We require warranty replacement.

    Maybe this regulator damaged, this regulator will convert 12v to the 3.3v.

    When did you receive this board from TI? And how long you were able to successfully work with this board?

    TI will perform quality testings before delivering boards to the customer, so it should not damage. Is your input power supply is okay? Fluctuations in input supply may cause these kinds of failures.
