Hi Team,

I am looking for an example to configure a complementary PWM output (PWM signals with a specific phase shift using only the TIMA0.

Can you please help me with a Guide? Until now I was looking into MSPM0 Advance Timers Lab but in the example you are using both TIMA0 and TIMA1.

Hi Marcela,

Do you mean PWM complementary signals with deadband?

If the answer is yes, you could refer to the this example in our SDK: tima_timer_mode_pwm_dead_band

Hi Xie,

What is actually meant is not in complementary mode but using the phase load feature and only the TimerA0 to achieve phase shift.

Hi,

Please see the description in our TRM about phase load. It could only achieve the phase shift of different timer.

Actually, in a timer instance, all the channels share a same counter but different CC registers. So they could have different duty cycle, but there phase / Zero / Load event should be the same.
