MSPM0C1104: Improving reliability of flashing chip

Part Number: MSPM0C1104

Tool/software:

I'm developing a project using the MSPM0C1104 with the end goal of implementing the 8-ball BGA version when it's available.  I'm currently developing using the SOT-8 package and the Launchpad dev tool.

It's giving me a really tough time when it comes to reliably flashing and debugging the device. I'll get it to program once in about 10-20 attempts.  I haven't figured out the magic combination of power cycles, manual resets, and/or debugger settings to get this to work.

I've tried reducing the TCLK like the error log states.  I'm running it at 100kHz, and it's still giving me issues. I have verified that the TCLK is slower on my scope, and the edges are clean, so I'm not as worried about signal integrity.

What else can I try?
