I'm tring to use GIO as output from RTP (RAM Trace port), and not able to toggle or set/ clear any pin. These pins are available over Hercules Development port. If I configure it as input it's working but they are not working output. Aother modules like SCI I have tried but this RTP I'm not able to use. And other question HALCoGen doesn't generate any HL_rtp.c file correct? I can able to find HL_rtp.h only.

I see changes in the register but I'm not able to get status of variables into experssion window from gioGetBit() (Refer first snippet). (NOTE: I'm using on-board xds100v2 debugger) Not sure TI Hercules is more efficient with external JTAG or not but thanks I'll try to test this code using oscilloscope to check outputs are working properly. Thanks for quick response!

Can you disable the cache and see the results:
uncheck above highlighted box, regenerate code and reflash it and see it once.
