MSPM0L1306: Sysconfig error: "Failed to create the part's controls"

Hi Champ,

I am asking for my customer. They are using CCS V 12.8.0. 

Customer imports any of examples in the sdk (mspm0_sdk_2_01_00_03), then clicking .syscfg file, it would always pop out an error "Failed to create the part's controls" as below snippet shown.

Any new installation / uninstallation in customer's PC would take times to get IT's approval, they are not willing to install a new CCS version. Thus, customer expects to fix it. 

Would the expert suggest how to fix it ?
