Cortex-M4 Deep Sleep mode current consumption

The datasheets (spms314.pdf for example) say "pending" for this parameter (Table25-29, I_DD_DEEPSLEEP).

Since power consumption is a critical factor in my processor selection, can you provide an approximate value for this parameter?

This specification for I_DD_DEEPSLEEP right now is TBD, and will not be updated until we are closer to production qualification.

Hi Lela

I think sone of LM4F are going for production from May.

I also need DEEP SLEEP data at the earliest, I am running a tight schedule with a customer to close selection before competetion pitches.

Venkat,

Our product engineering team has not yet finalized the characterization for maximum values. We have measured the deep sleep on A3 with the errata fix, 3.2mA. This is likely the value that will be published in the data sheet for the nominal value.
