MSPM0L1306: View Factory constants Ex: 41C4003Ch TEMP_SENSE0

Tool/software:

Dear TI team,

We would like to see the factory constants values of MSPM0L1306 through CCS Theia. 

We tried using debug mode and followed the below steps, 

1. After control came to start of application (main).

2. Click View--> Memory

3. Tried to view content of location 41C4003Ch .

Getting error of unexpected Token, enclosed picture for reference

Please help us to read the factory constants.
