TPS62822: Request to Functional safety FIT value and Failure Mode Distribution, Gate scale that meet Siemens standard SN29500

Thanks for answering this question. yes, it does contain the FIT rate. 

But I'm also looking for the Failure Mode Distribution(FMD) and Component Failure Rates per Siemens Norm SN 29500-2 for this device, this is usually contained in a Functional Safety report (See https://www.ti.com/lit/fs/snia035a/snia035a.pdf?ts=1744881298803&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.ti.com%252Fproduct%252FTMP390-Q1 as reference).

And we would appreciate it if you could confirm the number of gates in the PMIC.

This information is needed for a FMEDA, and this device is included in the analysis as it is part of the design. This will help us to understand the failure modes and effects that can have in our system. It would be great if we can have the report available within the next 1-2 weeks.

We usually have a functional safety report for automotive parts. Is this for an automotive application? TPS62822 is non automotive. I can check internally once more if we have any information on FMD for this part. I also have to check if the number of gates in the IC is TI confidential or not.

I checked internally and the number of gates information cannot be shared with NDA as well. 

We can however provide you with the Component Failure Rates per Siemens Norm SN 29500-2.

The FIT rate for this part is 25 according to table 5, Category - CMOS, BICMOS Digital, analog/ mixed and Tj of 55⁰C. Hope this information is helpful.

We only need to understand the gate scale classification according to the SN 29500-2 categories (i.e., MSI, LSI, VLSI), not the specific number of gates.

Could you also kindly provide the FIT rate information along with the relevant report?
