MSPM0L1228: NVM to store user system data

Hi,

one of our product is using MSP430F5418 MCU. and we are storing our system data in INFO memory (512 bytes -> 4 sectors each of 128 bytes).

Now we are migrating to MSPM0L1228 MCU. we would like to use NVM to store our data. NVM with base address - 0x400CD000 and length is 2 KB.

can you please confirm if we can use this memory region for storing our system data?

Also can you please share example code for writing and reading data to this region.

Hi Swapna,

There is different for MSPM0.

You can select any MAIN flash memory to store the the data. The memory address will be below:

You can refer to below example to store the data into flash address:

And, below is the flash configuration register, not the memory for user to store the data:
