The 15 years data retention is computed at what temperature? Could you kindly help me with a temperature vs data retention graph for this MCU.

    Hi Aarthi,

    My apologies for the delayed response, i was off for some days so didn't get any time to work on this issue.

    The 15 years data retention is applicable for entire operating temperature range of the device that is -40 to 125C.

    That means you will get data retention even if you operate device in extreme temperature like -40 or 120c as well.
