UNIFLASH: Flashing fresh CC3230SF using Uniflash wont work

Tool/software:

For starting, we have flash multiple MCU by using CCS for development mode and proceed to the Uniflash for the production mode but for some reasons we tried flashing the fresh MCU without using CCS because in our product we are getting to the next stage which is production mode. So the real question is, how can we flash the MCU directly for the production mode without flashing using CCS for our client. Things to add is, our project required certificate since we are using MQTT, again it works with MCU that are previously flash in CCS (we believe it is uploading during the development mode which is works fine) before the Uniflash for production mode but for fresh new MCU it won't work.

I'm looking forward for everyone to give us some insight on how to solve this issues. Thank you.

    hi ,

    im not getting any error while programming a fresh device. the programming or flashing is successful. it able to flash for the fresh device yet the program itself is not really appear in our terminal since we are using MQTT but weirdly it work for others which display the output in our MQTT terminal. Again there's no error when flashing, as we are using MQTT is there's a chance for fresh new boards it wont able to upload the cert.

    If I understand correctly:

    -Flash fresh device with CCS works. Then when using UniFlash for production flashing the same device, this also works.

    -Flash fresh device directly with UniFlash for production flashing. This does not work

    The question if the issue is regarding uploading the certificate when flashing fresh devices with UniFlash production programming. 

    Is this accurate?

    Hi Ki,

    You are correct for those points, it may be the issues is the cert is not upload properly, but the thing is so far there is no issues with other devices that are historically flashed using CCS. Somehow, what we needed is to flash using the Uniflash only for the fresh devices and no CCS. Another things to mention, if using the UART_echo example for fresh devices it is able to see the results in the tera term/putty. Is there any possibilities than cert is not upload properly.
