MSPM0C1103: Does need extra cap for NRST pin and pull-down res for PA18?

Refer to 7.6.1 POR and BOR in MSPM0C1103 datasheet and slaaed1e.pdf as below picture, does need extra cap for NRST pin?

And PA18 need pull-low?
