How to handle unused GPIOs in circuit?

Can we configure and keep all unused pins as output low without any external resistors?

Yes, our query is whether unused GPIOs can be left floating or do we need to give any known state?

Is there any software configuration method through we can manage unused GPIOs?

I apologize for the lack of response,

Other than the pins listed in the Pin Connectivity Requirements section of the Datasheet, You can leave unused GPIOs unconnected and floating. The default Hi-Z state is fine.
