Hello,

for the AEC-Q100 testing of the M0G3507QPTRQ1 microcontroller, how cold was the storage temperature tested? Anything below the operating temp spec of -40C? We have an application that needs down to -51C for storage, and need to know if this micro has been tested down to that.

Hi Bill,

Below -40 is passed our abs max so we can't guarantee anything past the datasheet numbers. For your use case, you'll have to test your temperature requirements because it exceeds our bounds. Be aware that different packages will also have differences in their resilience to cold temperatures (QFNs vs QFPs, as well as overall package size).
