Part Number: LP-AM263P
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LP-AM261, , LP-AM263
Tool/software:
I am planning to implement secure boot on the LP-AM263 board. However, it appears that this board is currently out of stock, and it is unclear if it will be available again before my project deadline. As an alternative, I am considering ordering the LP-AM263P or LP-AM261 board, with the goal of setting up secure boot in a way that remains compatible with the LP-AM263 once it becomes available.
Could someone please explain how to approach this? Specifically:
-
How can the OSPI boot setup be configured to maintain backward compatibility with QSPI?
-
Does the SDK or any supporting software provide scripts or tools for OSPI/QSPI boot — including code for flashing images into QSPI/OSPI Flash, and/or code for loading the SBL and application images from Flash into RAM?
Additionally, I would like to confirm:
-
Are the certificates for each image (SBL and application images) stored in external Flash memory along with the images, or are they stored elsewhere?
Thank you for your help!
