MSPM0G3507: DSSM will not attach

Tool/software:

My device is locked up, can not do anything with it.

It has been fine for the last month...please note this.

So it's not cables, it's not USB ports, it's not the debug port, it's not theXDS110.... whatever...all have been fine for the last month until an hour ago...

So I am trying to use the DSSM tool

But it refuses to attach.

I have tried different browsers.

Any advice ?

  • Hi Philip,

    Try invoking BSL then attaching the debugger. Hold NRST to low and BSL to high, release NRST then release BSL.

    By invoking the BSL you will be in bootcode and this will help prevent any settings or code execution in the application code which causes the device to not connect.
