No luck. Same behavior when I installed on a Mac OSX CCS Theia 1.5.1 with those dependencies.

I found an even simpler way to reproduce:

1. Download the 1.23.1 Sysconfig linux version from https://www.ti.com/tool/SYSCONFIG#downloads. 

2. Install and Launch Sysconfig

3. Create a new design with a MSPM0L1306 and choose the RTR package

4. Try to add a NVM section.

Hey Derek - Just a thought, by chance have you tried this on CCS "classic" 12.8?

The installation includes Sysconfig, so you don't need to install separately.  Here is screen shot showing where the CCS installer places it.

I think my short-term (until a working SysConfig is released) workaround is to just use the SOT-16 (DYY) package instead of the WQFN-16(RTR) to generate the BCR / BSL regions for the BSL flash plug-in app.  I'll just skip any pin configuration besides PA0/PA1 for the i2c in it, and those settings look compatible with the RTR.

If you can reproduce ithe simple standalone steps above (probably also happens on windows like Mac and Linux), please log a bug with those steps. I'm expecting a fix there will propagate to CCS / Theia.

Ok, I was finally able to reproduce using CCS 20.1.1.  Let me get back to you.

The bug has been logged and the SW team will prioritize getting it fixed as soon as possible.  I'll keep this post open should I hear back from them.
