Tool/software:
We are using TMS570LC4357-EP. Signal EMIF-nOE is provided on pin E12, whereas as per kit the same is available with bubble input on D12. please clarify which is correct as well as what is the significance of bubble in kit schematics as well as is the pin internally shorted to D12 as D12 is some other signal in datasheet.
