Hello,

the safety manual for the MSPM0G says:

[COEX0]: The following components are assumed to be not safety related (NSR components): – MATHACL – RTC – TRNG – AES

I want to use the RTC for non-safety related purpose (just create a timestamp and store it).

Is freedom of interference ensured to other MCU components, if this not safety related component "RTC" is activated?

I only want to set time and get time from the RTC.

    Hi Christoph,

    If you just want to set some time of general function, I think you can use our SDK is fine.

    Safety Manual main use for some automotive case they need some diagnostic code to keep MCU is running normally.
