AM2431: EQEP module clock frequency change

I want to change the clock frequency of my EQEP0 module. i noticed the code in the generated files by the sysconfig:

and afterwards it uses this structure to initialize the clock. 

how can i change the clock frequency from 125 mhz? is it possible? for example to 150 or 200 [mhz]

I dont see nothing in the sysconfig that control the EQEP clock
