AM2434: MCAN Loopback DMA Example error

Hi Team,

My customer has tried the mcan_loopback_dma example for the evm and has directly just built and loaded the example without making any changes from the default.

However, they are getting the error below. What is this error from?

MAIN_Cortex_R5_0_0: [MCAN] Loopback DMA mode, application started ...
MAIN_Cortex_R5_0_0: ERROR: App_mcanCompareMsg:663: Data mismatch !!!
MAIN_Cortex_R5_0_0: ASSERT: 0.11967s: ../mcan_loopback_dma.c:App_mcanCompareMsg:664: FALSE failed !!!

Hi Mari Tsunoda,

If they are directly testing the example from MCU+SDK without doing any changes then this is not expected.

Could you let me know which MCU+SDK version the customer is using? And are they testing it on the am243x-evm or am243x-lp? I can once try to run the same at my end.
