Dear All,

I am using the TMS570LS1224 controller for our application, which is working perfectly for the application,

But now the new requirements are coming up for the uses of HSM for security and lockstep for the Some safety algorithms,

So, my question is willing this controller is supporting programming for HSM and lockstep?

If yes, the how to enable it and how to use this in our application so I can configure some security features in it,

    Hi Shriram,

    HSM is not available in Hercules controllers (that includes TMS570LS1224). This is available in our next generation of functional safety controllers like AM26x.

    Yes, lockstep feature is available in this controller as well. You no need to do any configurations for lockstep mode, because the lockstep mode will always be in enabled state only, the controller just needs to monitor the ESM status related to the lockstep.
