SK-AM62-LP: uart uniflash not working for HS-SE device

Hi ,

Earlier we were using UNIFLASH 8 to flash our device and launchpad 3507.

but now we need to use UNIFLASH 9.1 for flashing but in our System or pc the UNIFLASH 9.1 is not able to detect the launchpad or device. while on the same system and others UNIFLASH 8 was working perfectly fine.

later we tried UNIFLASH 9.1on our personal system (out of company network) which worked smoothly . 

So what could be the reason that 8.8 and 9.1 UNIFLASH  version are not working on our company system or network. is there any extra component or run time env required to install on our system.

we tried to explore that for Debug Server Scripting (DSS), a 64-bit JRE is required in UNIFLASH 9. which is not included with UniFlash and needs to be installed separately. we need clear direction which can fix the the problem so that we can make it work asap .this is blocking our further progress.

    Can you clarify the same UniFlash 8 versions that were working fine in the past no longer work in your current environment? Or do they still work fine?
