We recently received an order of 2 units of the XDS110 Debug Probe. One of the units is working as expected — the D1 LED glows when connected, and the device is detected in UniFlash as well as in the Windows Device Manager.
However, the second unit is not functioning:
No LED lights up when connected via USB.
It is not recognized by UniFlash.
It does not appear in Device Manager.
We verified the issue using the same USB cable and port used for the working unit.
Based on our testing, we suspect that the second unit may be faulty, could you pls help us
