MSPM0C1104: DAP connection error while programming the MCU

Part Number: MSPM0C1104

Tool/software:

I am getting DAP connection error while programming my Target MCU. Added to this I got error message like "this could be caused by the device having gone to low power mode".The image is attached below:

let me know the possible solutions.

I tried as given in the manual (Unlock through CCS), again I am facing the same issue.I couldnt do Unlock Through Factory Reset GUI Tool and Unlock Through CCS as some steps cannot be selected due to missed option (Start Project-less Debug in step1).
