Hi team,
We have two XDS110 simulators like below and use them to debug for RM57/RM48 safety controllers.
After using them for about four years, they are now unable to work at the same time, and the system prompts' Unknown USB device (device descriptor request failed) '.
No abnormalities occurred during use, such as collision, overvoltage, overcurrent, etc.
Is it due to license expiration, firmware upgrade, or other reasons?
