AM263P4: Loading Flash Config from JSON at CCS v20

Hi, TI experts.

I am testing the sequence of changing OSPI flash device.

(AM263Px MCU+ SDK: Adding Support For a Custom Flash Device)

At step 2 of the link above, I got the error message from "Load from JSON" operation at CCS v20.

From error message, I changed the eclipse path information of project properties but it does not work.

What should I change to make it work properly?

(I know MCU+ SDK for AM263Px recommend CCS v12.8.1 and I had no error with the same operation at CCS v12.8.1.)

Hi Jeeuk,

The current MCU PLUS SDK release is validated only over CCS12.8.1.

While most of the project features are compatible between CC12 vs CC20. Some of these features have not been fully tested.

The official support for CC20 will be availaible in Aug 2025 SDK release.

As a workaround you can use the standalone syscfg editor for this, the syscfg file can be located in your project location.

Given this has not been validated, we do not have a fix yet.

Fortunately most of the features work well in CCS v20.

Hi Nilabh Anand.

I did not think about the standalone version sysconfig.

I found that the web version sysconfig did not have "Load from JSON" button but the standalone sysconfig works well.

Thanks for your suggestion about the another solution.
