MSPM0C1104: Internal temperature sensor accuracy

Dear Madam/Sir,

I am writing to ask for the internal temperature sensor accuracy of of MSPM0C1104 vs external NTC (+/-5% in resistance) under the ambient temperature from -40 Degree to 125 Degree. Could you please advise?

    Hi Beatrice,
    The internal temperature sensor should be within that +/-5% mark. Moreover, the internal temperature sensor reads the ICs temperature rather than the environment temperature. Finally, the internal temperature sensor is not available in STANDBY or SHUTDOWN mode.
