AM2432: Boot up failed with sbl_sd

Our custom board is designed with AM2432ALV HS_FS, and I have tested it to boot the sbl_null from SD card, it is successful. The sbl_null printed debug log through serial port is as below,

When I tried to boot a HelloWorld app image from the same SD card, it is failed. I have modified the sbl_sd to enable log print, but no debug log printed during tests, so I think the sbl_sd bootloader itself is stucked at somewhere before it opens the app image.

The SDK version is mcu_plus_sdk_am243x_11_00_00_15, the CCStudio version is 12.8.1

Please could you help to instruct me how to do further troubleshooting?

Could you confirm if you can't see any logs on the UART terminal or just the ones you have added later, if there are any logs on the UART terminal then please share the same.

Could you let me know what is the size of your Hello Word appimage? Currently there is some limitation on the size of application binary while booting using SBL SD: https://software-dl.ti.com/mcu-plus-sdk/esd/AM243X/11_00_00_15/exports/docs/api_guide_am243x/BOOTFLOW_GUIDE.html#BOOTFLOW_SBL_SD

I confirmed that there is no any logs on the UART terminal. The Hello World app image I tested is 102KB (less than 380K). I think the bootloader sbl_sd itself doesn't work with AM2432. I also tried to modify sysconfig of sbl_sd to make it fully match with our custom board hardware, and re-compiled the sbl_sd project with AM2432, but still can't solve the problem.
