Hi champs,

I am asking this for our customer.

From below in the datasheet, FCL (frequency correction loop) can be enabled/disabled no matter there is an external Rosc or not.

By default, is FCL enabled with our Sysconfig?

Where is it to enable/disable in Sysconfig?

Would you please show us explicitly?

Hi Wayne,
1. FCL is not enabled in SYSCONFIG by default

2. You can enable it in the SYSCTL part of SYSCONFIG

However, you do need to enable the external ROSC for it to work.

Hi Diego,

I am confused.

From the spec above, it seems FCL can be used without an external C and the accuracy is -2.6 to 1.8%. Is our understanding correct?

OR is Rosc required for FCL?

If so, what is the accuracy without FCL or Rosc?

Hi Wayne,

Let me help out. Rosc is required for FCL. The accuracy without FCL is what you mentioned before (-2.6 to 1.8%.)
