Tool/software:

Our customer is asking for any TI reports about the TMS5701224 that would show how each microcontroller is verified to be operating correctly. Showing proper operation of all modules and memory space during final chip testing. Or perhaps even a list of all tests that are executed during manufacturing.

this is helpful. but is there a standard TI document that lists all of the factory production tests performed on TI microcontroller dies or chips?

Hi Bill,

I checked the same with our internal team and here is the feedback from internal team:

We do not provide production test flows or other test data to customers as it is considered TI proprietary. The device DS is the specification by which the customer can determine expected performance.
