Firstly I think it's fine with the calculation method, but in the actual applications, we always need to give this reset time a certain margin, ensure that even in the worst case (such as slow power supply rise time, noise interference, etc.), NRST can still maintain a low level duration (>29μs) to trigger a reset. Therefore, if there is no special requirement for reset time, leaving enough reset time can help improve system stability, which means recommend 315us rather than 31.5us that is closely to the requirements.
