SAFETI-HALCOGEN-CSP: HalcogenTAU System Error MSVCR100.dll & mfc100u.dll not found

Good day TI Team,

I am facing an issue with trying to launch the HalcogenTAU program, however, I encounter two message windows about missing"MSVCR100.dll" & "mfc100u.dll" and thus the program cannot be launched.

I have installed the latest Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015-2022 but it did not solve the issue.

I have attached the screenshot of the error messages below and I would like to seek your assistance. Thank you.

Hi Joseph,

Apologies for the delayed response.

I verified for similar issues in the e2e database and i couldn't find any issue related to this.

Give me some more time to work on this issue to provide further updates.

Hi Joseph,

This error message indicating that it's missing two legacy DLL's.

MSVCR100.dll (Microsoft visual C++ 2010 Redistributable) And mfc100u.dll (Microsoft visual C++ 2010 MFC Redistributable).

I think we must install the correct version of visual c++ 2010 redistributable, note the latest one.

Try to install these packages and give a try.
