Need the suggestion on how i should do the PIN mapping for my design whether any tool available in your website. If yes please suggest the tool by which i can do the pin mapping for my design.

The example.syscfg file cn be open in the syscfg tool can help you with prefilled pin requirement for a particular example.
If you are using EtherCAT, then they should use the Industrial Comms SDK and refer to example.syscfg file located in the etherCAT example folder.
This applies also to MCU PLUS SDK examples.
