MSP432E401Y: Unable to access Debug Properties in CCS Theia

What happens when you try to access the properties during an active debug session? Do you have the same issue?

During the active debug session I can access the properties and the "Program/Memory Load Options" and the "Debugger Options" but not the "MSP432E4 Flash Settings".

Can you show me a screenshot of CCS Eclipse with the "MSP432E4 Flash Settings"? I do not see it with my CCS 12 installation with J-Link:

I currently can't access the Eclipse Based CCS, as it was used developing older applications with an TM4C123-Controller. But as I remember, I don't access the Flash-Options during a debug session.

Just to make sure, I mean this Page. There I want to select the option to erase only the necessary segments. 

With the XDS110 selected, this page is available without running a debug session 

That page may not be available for J-Link connections. I checked CCS 12.8 and it does not have those options. The more "advanced" options for J-Link are typically accessible from the J-Link Control Panel:
