  MSP432P has been EOL'ed from TI for quite some time. There is no longer support for this product on e2e. I think TM4C family of MCUs will be a good alternative for replacement. If you must use MSP432P for your development which we can no longer support, I will suggest you use MSP432P SimpleLink SDK instead of Energia. You can download from https://www.ti.com/tool/download/SIMPLELINK-MSP432-SDK/3.40.01.02. The SDK has all the collaterals with examples to get you started quickly.
