Dear Texas Instruments Support Team,
We are currently planning to use the AM2434 for an upcoming project and have purchased the corresponding EVM module through Digi-Key.
Using the onboard XDS110 interface, we are able to flash the device successfully via JTAG—CCS reports that the target is connected and the operation completes without any issues.
However, when attempting to use an external XDS100v2 debugger, we are encountering an error message suggesting to "check the cable connection." In response, we tried using multiple 14-pin to 20-pin CTI JTAG adapter boards, but the issue persists.
Could you please advise whether this could be related to CCS configuration, a driver incompatibility, or any known limitations with the XDS100v2 and AM2434 EVM?
We would appreciate your support in resolving this issue.
