AM2432: Feature support check

Hi 

Could you help to check if AM243 support these?

  1. Firewall/Router, we want to have some rules to filter out some suspicious network packets to pass through the ethernet port to next device.
  2. CDC-ECM, this is important for our project. 
  3. USB - Ethernet example

    Thank you for your patience. I was away in the past week, and my responses were delayed.

    We don't support IP level firewall features on hardware. But we do have provision for MAC based filtering. In RTOS environment, this can be done by filtering traffic to unused DMA channels to be dropped at DMA level. Or, use intervlan feature to block selected traffic. The intervlan method needs some testing to be done before confirming to the customer.

    On RTOS MCU PLUS SDK, we don't support Ethernet over USB feature. If this is something which is non negotiable, I will check with Linux team regarding the available support, if the platform is still not finalized.
