Could you confirm whether or not the RTCK is needed with XDS110 debugger when using the CTI-20 connector interface?

User's guide (www.ti.com/.../sprui94.pdf) lists pin-9 as RTCK but at the pin mapping the pin-9 is not connected (NC).

If RTCK is needed, but there is no RTCK on the target device, should the RTCK be looped at the CTI-20 connector to TCK via 22ohm resistor, or what would be the recommended connection for it?
